Salvation

If you and I were to die this moment, are we 100% sure we’d go to heaven?   If not 100%, “God says you and I can know for sure: 1 John 5:13.

How can we know for sure?
Because (of) . . .
·         God’s Unconditional Love for us: John 3:16; Romans 5:8
·         All Have Sinned and we have fallen short: Romans 3:23; Isaiah 64:6
·         The Result of Sin is Death (Separation) from God: Romans 5:12; James 1:14-16
·         God’s gift to Us is absolutely free: Romans 6:23; John 1:12
·         Receiving Christ allows us to become New In Christ: Romans 10:9,13; 2 Corinthians 5:17-18
What should we do?
The prayer is for you and I to discover who the author of love is? This is what we just read with the How? section above.   Jesus’ life and death represents the greatest gift of love we will ever experience.   It’s a free gift for us. All we need to do is accept it.   A brand new start to a life lived in relationship with God is waiting for us.   Meeting God is a simple prayer for anyone to say…. It’s asking Jesus to meet you right where you are. If you’re not sure you have a relationship with God and are going to Heaven, then make this your prayer today...
Dear Lord Jesus, I need Your grace to forgive me of my sins. I need Your love to change me. Thank You for Your amazing unconditional love. Thank You for giving me eternal life. Thank You for dying on the cross for me. Now that I am a Christian, I will live my life and love You forever, as “You first loved me”. Amen!
If you have prayed this or a similar prayer today, we’d love to hear from you! Please share your decision with Pastor Don either via his e-mail or phone.
Please remember: “I am wonderfully forgiven – eternally loved – thoughtfully instructed – gratefully obedient. Therefore, go with God’s blessing to live each moment, walking with God and living in faith.”
